This is an exciting season for the events industry and the busiest time of year for our corporate events team. I recently attended the HBAA Forum and it was a real honour for Off Limits to be heavily involved in the two day event. The Forum took place at the newly renovated Jury's Inn at Hinckley Island between the 7th-8th July. It was a great opportunity for speakers to discuss the hottest event industry topics with major focus on Britain's exit from the EU and impact on the industry.
Off Limits were supplier partners for the HBAA Forum and we were delighted to showcase our icebreaker activity 'Clap Happy' never has the industry had so much fun with rubber gloves. Successful businesswoman Lara Morgan spoke about entrepreneurship and building brands and was a great addition to the day. We also had the pleasure of showcasing a few Off Limits activities during the Forum including Creative Canapes with delegates creating a selection of delicious and stylish canapes and an activity involving the creation of centre pieces for their own evening tables. The activities were all made for a good cause and the HBAA managed to raise a significant amount of money for the charity Brigade who support apprenticeship programmes for the homeless.
It's the most exciting and busiest summer season we've had to date, the Off Limits Event Professionals team have managed to smash targets already and we've reached over £1/2m worth of bookings this month. I want to take this opportunity to say thank you for your support and I hope to see you all in the near future.
