Bank holiday: Wednesday, 1 January 2025 

Suggested leave: 30–31 December 2024 (Monday–Tuesday) 

Consecutive days off: Saturday 28 December 2024, to Wednesday 1 January 2025 (5 days using 2 days of leave) 


Easter (Good Friday & Easter Monday) 

Bank holidays: Friday 18 April and Monday 21 April 2025 

Suggested leave: 14–17 April (Monday–Thursday) 

Consecutive days off: Saturday 12 April to Monday 21 April (10 days using 4 days of leave) 


Early May Bank Holiday 

Bank holiday: Monday 5 May 2025 

Suggested leave: 6–9 May (Tuesday–Friday) 

Consecutive days off: Saturday 3 May to Sunday 11 May (9 days using 4 days of leave) 


Spring Bank Holiday 

Bank holiday: Monday 26 May 2025 

Suggested leave: 27–30 May (Tuesday–Friday) 

Consecutive days off: Saturday 24 May, to Sunday 1 June (9 days using 4 days of leave) 


Summer Bank Holiday 

Bank holiday: Monday 25 August 2025 

Suggested leave: 26–29 August (Tuesday–Friday) 

Consecutive days off: Saturday 23 August to Sunday 31 August (9 days using 4 days of leave) 


Christmas 

Bank holidays: Thursday 25 December (Christmas Day) and Friday 26 December (Boxing Day) 

Suggested leave: 22–24 December, 29–31 December (Monday–Wednesday and Monday–Wednesday) 

Consecutive days off: Saturday 20 December to Thursday 1 January 2026 (13 days using 6 days of leave)

By taking 24 days of leave, you can get 54 consecutive days off spread across the year: 

New Year: 5 days (2 leave) 

Easter: 10 days (4 leave) 

Early May: 9 days (4 leave) 

Spring: 9 days (4 leave)
