Developing trust within a team whilst also enhancing communication and delegation skills can be a real minefield. Mission CCS is an ingenious team building activity that perfectly illustrates the way in which strong team work makes success easier to achieve in challenging circumstances. Teams must work together to cross our simulated minefield.
There's one huge barrier - they'll be blindfolded!
Following a welcome and briefing from our events coordinators, the group is put into teams and the fun begins!
Mission CCS requires teams to use their resourcefulness and problem solving skills to negotiate the minefield using only the equipment provided. They won't be completely blind as selected team members will be watching and issuing instructions. Will their communication skills be up to scratch?
