The festive fun begins with a big group viewing of a 6ft x 4ft Christmas scene. Each team paints two sections of the big picture. Easy, right? Not quite! We've added conditions and twists to make things more interesting.
If communication is good enough and each team member plays his or her part, the result will be a faithful replica of the original. No two are ever the same. The big reveal always results in lots of laughs! Keep your big picture as a memento. Hung on the office wall, it'll be a constant reminder of what a team can learn and achieve when everyone pulls together and works towards on a common goal.
